Fire Warden Course

A Fire Warden course provides the necessary understanding, and skill to enable the nominated person to carry out the appropriate procedures in the event of serious and imminent danger. The Fire Warden course involves, theory and practical hands on training. The course is tailored to suit your organisations policies, procedures and fire fighting equipment, and training can be conducted at your facilities for total convenience. The syllabus detailed below will take approximately 3 hours to complete:

The nominated person is required to complete The Basic Fire Awareness course online before commencing the Fire Warden course. Once appointed as Fire Warden one of the duties is to ensure all staff are trained in the basic use of fire fighting equipment and the procedures for evacuation. The Basic Fire Awareness course is in compliance with The Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 as is the Fire Warden course.

Individual Certificates will be issued on completion.

Refreshers are recommended at 12 month intervals.
